The 911 dispatch call made to authorities after Matthew Perry was found unresponsive in a jacuzzi at his Los Angeles home has been released.

Much of the 16-second clip has been beeped out, but references to a “drowning” at the exclusive Pacific Palisades neighborhood were clear.
“Agent 23. Rescue 23. EMS 9 on the radio. In response to the drowning,” a man says in the audio as first responders were sent to Perry’s home.
“Rescue 23” is likely a reference to the local fire station.
Tape was put up around the home, but law enforcement sources told TMZ no drugs were found at the scene and no foul play is suspected.
Pictures from the scene have since been released by various media outlets, showing a white police tent pitched next to Perry’s jacuzzi.
TMZ said prescription drugs were discovered on the property, although it was reported there were no illegal drugs found.
Earlier that afternoon, Perry had been out playing pickleball with friends. When the actor got home, he sent his assistant to run an errand.
After two hours, when his assistant returned to the house, he found Perry unresponsive in the hot tub.
Los Angeles Police Captain Scot Williams told the LA Times the cause of death, which will be determined by the LA county coroner’s office, “may not be known for some time”.
Perry’s last post was on Instagram, showing him with earphones on, enjoying life in the jacuzzi.
