Dr. Nepute is the first doctor the Biden administration came after on accusations of violating the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act.
Dr. Eric Nepute and Debatable Vitamin Recommendations
The U.S. District Court is suing Dr. Eric Nepute by the Eastern District of Missouri because he advertised that vitamin D and zinc supplements could help or prevent COVID-19.
The Department of Justice, together with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced a civil complaint against defendants Eric Anthony Nepute and Quickwork LLC, doing business as Wellness Warrior, in the first enforcement action alleging violations of the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act.
He is being sued for $40,000 per violation.
For each time he recommended to the general public to take extra vitamin D and zinc, he would get fined. He is not the only one who recommended these supplements because they have been recommended for colds and viruses by doctors worldwide for many years.
In total, the Biden administration is suing the chiropractor for 12,000,000,00 cases, or for $500 billion dollars.
Nepute promoted taking vitamin D and zinc to help prevent and combat COVID on social media and videos that were viewed millions of times.
The claim says that he does not have competent or reliable scientific evidence to support his claim about the vitamins and supplements.

COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act
This civil complaint against Nepute, a Missouri chiropractor, and his company gives the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission a chance to seek its first enforcement of the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act.
The COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act was put into by Congress in December of 2020 place to stop any person, partnership or corporation to engage in a deceptive act or practice of treatment or cure for the COVID-19 virus.
For the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency declared pursuant to section 319 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d), this Act makes it unlawful under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act for any person, partnership, or corporation to engage in a deceptive act or practice in or affecting commerce associated with the treatment, cure, prevention, mitigation, or diagnosis of COVID–19 or a government benefit related to COVID–19. The Act provides that such a violation shall be treated as a violation of a rule defining an unfair or deceptive act or practice prescribed under Sec. 18(a)(1)(B) of the FTC Act.
The act is by the Consumer Protection Branch, which is part of the Department of Justice’s efforts to enforce laws to govern Americans both in criminal and affirmative civil enforcement cases throughout the country. The Consumer Protection Branch has strong relationships with the U.S. Attorney’s offices and investigative services.

According to the study that Dr. Nepute’s website refers you to, says that Zinc was studied by 388 scientists in 37 studies, which included 45,372 patients in 15 countries and showed statistically significant improvement for mortality, ventilation, hospitalization, progression, recovery, and viral clearance.

This doctor is right on the money, I’ve been taking vitamin D and zinc, and other vitamins, and I haven’t had covid, or been sick, during this entire outbreak. We’ve been getting false information, all along by the talking heads, and people have been dying,from the shots, and it’s all being covered up.What would u expect from a corrupt government,cdc,fbi,doj,cia,media, and puppet joe.
Funny, I worked clear through the whole COVID 19 pandemic as a health care provider as one who was considered high risk and guess what? I’d been taking Vitaman D3 and zinc long prior to the COVID 19 issue and never got COVID even without their sure cure vaccine! Only after the mandated Vaccine did I have issues! yup 1 hour after the first shot very ill! Dizzy, headache that felt my head in a vice, immediately fatigued. Ended up in bed for over a week- then to a walk in clinic where believed to have had a clogged parotid gland, ended up being swollen lymph nodes which I still deal with. I truly believe it was the Vitamin D3 and zinc that kept me from contracting COVID without the shot even working directly with COVID patients!
