Bidens Biking

This past Saturday, June 18th President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden got on their bikes and took a nice little stroll in the beautiful blue-skied state of Delaware.

Just like with any President, there were plenty of people crowded around as he pedaled on his bike, because…how many chances do you get to see your President on a bike!

However, as President Biden approached the onlookers, he slowed down to speak to everyone. As he continues to slow down, he started to put his foot down and wasn’t able to.  Unfortunately, his foot got caught on the pedal mechanism and he took a nasty fall on the hard pavement.

“As the President said, his foot got caught on the pedal while dismounting and he is fine. No medical attention is needed. The President looks forward to spending the rest of the day with his family,” the official said.

“I got my foot caught” on the toe cage, Biden told reporters traveling with him later. “I’m good.”

Just like the last time President Biden fell, plenty of memes were posted on Twitter. One Twitter uses says Biden was “leaning too far to the left” when he fell.

If you look close though, you’ll see he was trying to put his right foot down to stop, not his left.  Nonetheless, the memes are full of a good belly laugh, especially since he didn’t get hurt.

Biden Is OK

The crowd clapped after he got back on his feet thanks to his trusty secret service agents. After the fall was over Biden spoke to the crowd and even let one of them meet his pup, Commander.

Biden’s doctors say he is “fine” after the fall on Saturday and did not need any medical attention.

The Biden’s 45th wedding anniversary was this weekend and they were believed to be spending the weekend at their home in Rehoboth Beach, to celebrate their love for one another.
