Grassley Pleads to the FBI for an Investigation

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) pleaded to the FBI to investigate Hunter Biden in a 35-page letter he sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and U.S. Attorney David Weiss.

His letter states that the “FBI has within its possession significant, impactful and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden.”

Grassley wrote in a letter to the FBI and Justice Department, stating, “Notably, the Justice Department and FBI have not disputed the accuracy of the allegations that I have made public since May 31, 2022. The Justice Department’s and FBI’s continued silence on these matters is deafening and further erodes their credibility. Simply put, enough is enough – the Justice Department and FBI must come clean to Congress and the American people with respect to the steps they have taken, or failed to take, relating to the Hunter Biden investigation.”

The documents in the FBI’s possession include specific details with respect to conversations by non-government individuals relevant to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden.

A Russian Oligarch Wired Millions

The leaked emails released this week showed that a Russian oligarch wired about $3.5 million to a company the president’s son ran. They also invested in Hunter’s real estate company, Rosemont Realty.

Reportedly Rosemont Realty received over $40 million from Yelena Baturina, a Russian businesswoman and socialite. Baturina is the billionaire widow of Yuri Luzhkov, former mayor and politician of Moscow, who died in 2019. Baturina is apparently a close ally of Putin.

The $40 million was delivered two years earlier and came from a Swiss company owned by Baturina, Inteco Management AG, a company that has made the Russian oligarch the wealthiest woman in Russia, whose worth is $1.4 billion.

The emails documenting the investment came from a leak obtained by an anti-corruption group, the Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery, DailyMail.com reported.

WND reports that “Baturina’s brother Viktor Baturin told the British news site the $3.5 million sent to the Biden business in 2014 – when Joe Biden was vice president of the United States – was “a payment to enter the American market.”

According to the Post, Hunter and former business partner Devon Archer met with Baturina in April 2014 and, later in the month, were in contact with Baturina regarding a couple of business ventures like New York real estate and other property in Latin America.

In February 2022, Devon Archer was found guilty of defrauding a Native American tribe (Oglala Sioux) for upwards of $60 million and was sentenced to one year in prison. Hunter was tied to the financial group when the defrauding was taking place.

Remember when…Hunter Biden served on the board of a Ukrainian company, for which the president’s son received some $1 million a year while his father was in charge of U.S. policy in Ukraine under President Obama.

First Lady Jill Claims Hunter’s Innocence

“Everybody and their brother has investigated Hunter. They keep at it, and at it, and at it. I know that Hunter is innocent,” Jill Biden told NBC News. “I love my son, and I will keep looking forward.”

Earlier this month, the Washington Post said they believe federal agents have enough evidence to support charging Hunter Biden with tax crimes and making a false statement in connection with the purchase of a gun.

  1. CIA makes plenty of mistakes in FCI that the public never finds out about.
FBI’s participation in FCI matters should be removed.
Federal Law Enforcement FCI discipline within the military (e.g. NCIS @ OSI) with global office locations should be ramped up more. There are other DOD agencies dedicated solely to FCI.
SINCE 9-11, THE FBI HAS ABUSED AND WEAPONIZED THEIR FCI RESPONSIBILITY.
