Cleveland Teens Wild Attack on Man At Gas Station

A group of 12 teenagers beat a man sitting outside an Ohio gas station in a brutal and unprovoked attack.

Violence By Group of “Animalistic” Teens

Cleveland Police and city officials held a news conference Wednesday afternoon to announce the arrest of a dozen teens for a “brutal” and “horrific” attack on a 34-year-old man at a gas station.

Several teens walk up to a man sitting against a wall and unleash a flurry of kicks and punches, video shared by officials shows. The man tries to get away, but more of the group step in, surrounding him, and he’s unable to escape.

Surveillance video captured the group arriving at the gas station — on the city’s northeast side — in stolen Kias and Hyundais at about 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, city officials said at a news briefing.

Arrests Were Made

Cleveland Police and city officials held a news conference Wednesday afternoon to announce the arrest of a dozen teens for a “brutal” and “horrific” attack on a man at a gas station.

The 12 individuals arrested range in age from 12 to 17 years old, and 11 of them are currently being held in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center.

According to authorities, the teens “viciously attacked (the man), repeatedly punching him and pointing guns in his face, before he was able to run inside the gas station.”

After the man went inside the gas station, a couple of minutes later, they fired dozens of gunshots.
