A former chef from McDonald’s provided a method for people to assess if their local preferred spot is maintaining the standards.

He said that a ‘good’ location would be successful at making a massive order of Quarter Pounders during busy hours, and detailed how you could test this out.
‘Go into your local McDonald’s at a peak time… so heavy lunch rush, heavy dinner rush…’ Mike explained.

“Bring some friends. It’s gonna be a little expensive,” he quipped.
Once you order, the results will come down to the amount of time it takes to get your meals, the chef said.
‘If you could get your complete order in under five minutes, and all of the ingredients or adjustments that you request are accurate, you are at a good McDonald’s,’ he added.
‘If they cannot handle it, then it might not be the best running McDonald’s. There could be other issues.’
