A Project Veritas undercover video exposed a Principal admitting he hires progressive teachers under 30, and not conservatives or Catholics.
Public School Discrimination and Corruption
Project Veritas, an undercover investigation non-profit that helps expose corruption, released a bombshell video exposing a Greenwich, Connecticut Assistant Principal’s extreme corrupt hiring practice.
The video is part 1 of their “Secret Curriculum” series that exposes the principal’s discrimination against Catholics and conservatives.
Hidden camera footage showed Cos Cob Elementary School Assistant Principal Jeremy Boland making mind blowing statements about who he hires and doesn’t hire.
In one part of the video, Boland says he prefers hiring progressive teachers under 30 and reveals how he “gets away” with not hiring Catholic teachers.
Boland also said the reason he hires young, progressive teachers is so children will vote Democrat in the future.
Blatant Discrimination Hiring Practices
Boland was caught on hidden camera stating that he doesn’t hire conservatives or Catholics.
Here are a few statements from the hidden camera footage:
PV Journalist: “Oh, so then what do you do with the Catholics? If you find out someone is Catholic, then what?”
Boland: “You Don’t Hire Them” (laughs)
On another day, undercover journalist and Boland discuss hiring practices and how subtle he is pushing the Democrat agenda. Boland said “So, it’s subtle. They [teachers I hire] will never say, ‘Oh, this is [a] liberal or a Democratic way of doing this.’ They’ll just make that the norm — and this is how we handle things, it’s subtle… That’s how you get away with it.”
Boland went on to say, “Believe it or not, the open-minded, more progressive teachers are actually more savvy about delivering a Democratic message without really ever having to mention their politics.”

Project Veritas’s video of “Part 1: Connecticut Public School Asst. Principal Admits Discrimination Against Catholic Candidates” can be seen below:
In a statement after the release of the video, Dr. Toni Jones, Superintendent of Greenwich Public Schools released an official response. “We intend to do a full investigation and until that time, we will not make any public statements. We do not, however, support any opinions that promote discriminatory hiring practices based on race, religion, gender, or age in any way, and we want to remind our entire community that our curriculum policies and procedures are strictly enforced by our Board.”
The School system has hired an outside attorney, Fred Camillo (R) Greenwich First Selectman, to investigate, who said “I see no reason to suspect it is not accurate, is shameful and needs a full investigation into not only this administrator but the damage cause to applicants, past and present.”
Assistant Principal Boland is currently on leave.

If their policies are so strictly enforced by the board, then how can this guy be so flamboyant about his violations of policy?
